Every order in the Boneyard is forged to order — no warehouses, no dead stock, no shortcuts. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our products, shipping, and policies. Read through before you order so you know exactly how we operate.

We keep things simple: fulfillment takes a few days, shipping times vary by region, and we replace any misprints or defects — but we don’t do buyer’s remorse returns. Each piece is made for you, so choose your size carefully, train heavy, and wear it hard.

Frequently asked questions
Do you keep inventory?

No — every piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This keeps waste low and ensures every shirt is fresh off the press.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders are processed automatically, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need to update something, email us immediately at support@boneyardstrength.com and we’ll do our best.
How long does it take to get my order?
  • Fulfillment: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may add time)
Where do you ship from?

Orders are routed through Printful’s global network (U.S., Europe, and beyond) to ship from the facility closest to you when possible.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Note that international orders may face customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t see it. What should I do?

Check with your local carrier office and neighbors. If still missing, contact us at support@boneyardstrength.com. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them delivered.
What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, change of mind). If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
What if I ordered the wrong size?

Since every piece is made to order, we cannot accept size-based returns. Please check our size charts before ordering.
What blanks do you use?

Our gear is printed on premium blanks like Bella+Canvas and Next Level, chosen for their fit, comfort, and durability.
How does sizing run?

Most shirts are true-to-size with an athletic fit. If you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up.
How should I care for my gear?
  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas
