Made-to-Order Production
Every product you order is created on demand through our fulfillment partner. This reduces waste and ensures each piece is made fresh for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping begins.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment (varies by country and customs)

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on fulfillment center location.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import regulations for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Policy
Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it quickly.

Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment is returned, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds (for defective or unfulfilled items only) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
